Add formula to existing formula

Totally new to this so I have this formula in the formula bar for a cell
=+ALLDATA!BN6. I want to put an IF statement saying that if T6/220 >= 7.5 then BN6 else BM6. Also what is the exclamation point for

You alsoways use the exclamation point between the sheet name reference and the range reference.
