I am trying to modify my countif statement. I like to enter a start(a1) and end date(b2) to have my formula filter and count only the date range. is this possible? any help would be appreciated.[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]

=COUNTIFS(E2:E100,"Apples",G2:G100, "Accepted")[/FONT]

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Which column contains the date?

Code:
=COUNTIFS(E2:E100,"Apples",G2:G100, "Accepted",H2:H100,">="&B1,H2:H100,"<="&B2)
