Add custom column via form

Hello,

is it possible to add custom column via form in microsoft access?
If possible, how?

For example, if I have form with field textbox named Text14, how to maintain it to check if column exists and if not to add new?

Possible but not practical to alter table design on the fly. Not possible if the form you try to do it from is bound to that table. Manual is the best way.
Your question doesn't make much sense though. If you have textboxes on a form, why wouldn't they be bound to fields in a table already? It also suggests your table is designed like a spreadsheet, which would be bad.
