This is a small section of my pivot table, I omitted all the row labels. I want the "Sum of Gross Pay" for O and R to show up how ever I did not want to show the "Sum of WC Basis" for O and R just wanted the total for "5022 Sum of WC Basis" to show in my pivot table. I do not under stand how to right the formula for this. not sure if should try an array or something different. looking for ideas or some direction.

I would like to hide the WC basis except for the 5022 and 5102 Sum of the WC_Basis. I created the following formula in a table =IF(E2="D",G2/2,IF(E2="O",G2/1.5,IF(E2="R",G2,IF(E2="V",G2," Error")))) . Then I created a power pivot table (2010 32bit) Witch totaled the Row as I had hoped however I did not want the values for "D,O,R,V" WC_Basis to show up in the columns just the totals of the calculated fields. looking for some direction I am pretty sure excel can do it just not sure which function to use kind of green with all of this.
