Add a Pivot Row

This feels like a real stupid question, but I can't seem to add a calculation row to my Pivot.
I need a real simple calculation which links with the filters.
"Row_I_Need" must = Row 1 - Row2 - Row 3....
I tried swopping the rows and columns and then using Calculated Field, but to no avail...
Any suggestions (without VBA if possible...?)

This is from a Power Pivot table... or a "traditional and old skool pivot table" ? If the latter, you might have better luck in the "main" excel forum than here.

If you are talking Power Pivot, it's a bit weird to me to talk in terms of subtracting "rows" -- columns and/or measures would be the typical discussion (profit = sales - costs).
