Below is a picture of an example of what I'm trying to accomplish. The Red line or bar has been drawn in by hand, but I'm trying to incorporate this red line into the chart. I'm using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
What does the line represent? Can you give a table of values for the 9 Sales Reps and whatever value the line represents?

See if one of the links below helps.

Perfect! Thank you. The first video provided an answer. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but enough for me to figure it out.

For anyone who might stumble across this. Here's how I did it. The red line is each sales rep's budget. You created a "Combo" chart. The sales rep's pipeline is listed in probabilities. You do all those as a Stacked Column Chart. The Red budget line you do as a Line chart (on the Secondary Axis). Once the chart is created then right-click the line and select "Format Data Series". You then remove the line, add a Marker that is a dash, and resize it as you'd like.

Thanks again for the links to the videos.
