I think it would be worthwhile to have another forum specifically for questions regarding HTML, ASP, etc. I know I would use it if were available here as a resource. What do you think?

Yep I think a forum for ASP / PHP would be a useful tool - that said... there are countless good ASP / PHP forums out there (DevShed, ASPfree etc etc)

That said the majority of ASP type questions on this site tend to focus on ADO / SQL side of things (connecting to, returning data from, inserting data to various dbs like SQL Svr, Oracle, MySQL etc - is it viable to expand the Access Forum to be a more generic SQL based forum - ie for all SQL related queries?

There seem to be an increasing number (though still small I admit) of queries relating to ADO type stuff... I personally wouldn't deem them to be out of place with the MS Access related queries yet not enough to warrant their own space in the forum... but that's just me :(
