add a custom shape to ribbon?

Is this even possible I wonder? Using excel 2007. My colleague has created a custom shape out of a square that is also used as a text box.

I prefer it to any of the defaults and, rather than cutting and pasting from another workbook, or making from scratch, I wondered if there was a way to instal in my ribbon so I can select and use on the fly?
 
You could create a macro that recreates the shape and then add that macro to either the ribbon or the QAT, but you cannot simply add your own shapes to the built-in galleries.
