Add a Calendar into a cell

Hi all,

How can I add a Calendar into few cells in my spreadsheet.

I have created a cell to input the dates there. I have seen some user who simply click on the cell and the Calendar pop up and they can select the date whatever they need to instead of typing it.

Will appreciate the help. I am using Excel 2010. Please advise.
