Each store needs to be 4 digits. If it's not 4 digits there needs to be 0s infront of the number until there are four digits? How can I do this automatically?
You can use the Format() to display leading Zero's. If you want to change the data pemanetly you will need to run an Update query.
=Format([MyField],"0000")
