Active updating of workbook from diferent workbooks

Hi,
I'm wondering, how can I make a active link to one workbook from different ones.
I get once per month certain workboks whith data which i would like to collect in one workbook sorted by months that they come in.

Is it possible when i open that new workbook that it automaticaly searches for workbooks in specified folder and add all the data from those worbooks/sheets in active workbook?
