Hi

I'm trying to activate a macro enabled file called "Test" that I saved to my desktop.

However, I get a "Run time error: 9 Subscript out of range" - the file is open, so just needs to be activated. Please can you help?

Workbooks("\Test file.xlsm").ActivateWorkbooks("\Test file.xlsm").Activate

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
try
Code:
Workbooks("Test file.xlsm").Activate

Hi Fluff

I nearly forgot to say thank you!

I used what you suggested and it worked!

I didn't realise that you had to remove the file path in order to activate the workbook.

But thanks for the prompt response!
