I have been struggling (and so has chatGPT!) with this. I can put an API into Chrome (or FireFox or Edge) using SendKeys.
I can then activate it manually by putting the cursor on it, and pressing "Enter".
But, try as I might, I cannot reproduce that with VBA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not much to go on there, but maybe it's because I have a different definition for what an API is. In vba, it's something that you could never "put into Chrome" as far as I know. So you want vba to put something into a browser address or search bar? I have seen posts about VBA working with Edge (or whatever M$ calls it these days) but AFAIK, it's the only browser that would support that.
