Acknowledgement Pop-Up or Button

I am brand new to macros so please feel free to dumb this down as much as you want.

I am beginning a new position and am revamping the timesheet process, which is done with Excel. There is an issue with incorrect time reporting, and I would like to create either a pop-up or yes/no button that the user must acknowledge before proceeding/saving/whatever is easiest.

Example Language: "By clicking, I acknowledge that I have correctly updated all Vacation, Overtime, and Volunteer Hours."

Does anyone mind pointing a newbie in the right direction?

but where do you want it?
Does the user run the macro?
or do you want it at worksheet open?

A pop-up reminder at the time the worksheet is opened would be a great idea. I just want the users to be able to click as an acknowledgement, and if they could do that before proceeding, that would be awesome. Wording could easily be changed. As for where it runs, I'm not sure what exactly you're asking. (Again, completely new to this.) The idea, I guess, would just be a button that the user clicks upon opening the spreadsheet reminding them to make necessary updates. So they just have to click one text button, upon opening the spreadsheet, before proceeding.
