Sage 50 (formerly Simply Accounting) uses a MySQL database. All you need in order to access that database is an ODBC driver, available here: MySQL :: Download Connector/ODBC. Just download the driver, which comes as an executable, and run it (double-click the downloaded file).
While you can easily use the SQL query tool to pull tables and/or data sets, the Import Wizard doesn't work with MySQL, because the Wizard creates SQL with brackets, and MySQL doesn't support brackets. However, I've heard that some people had success with the 3.51 ODBC driver for MySQL - if you want to use the import wizard, that might be the thing to get.
Thanks for your answers but I use BOB expert 50 (which is sold by the company Sage) !
But it is not the same software as Sage 100 comptabilité for which I have an ODCB connection.
