Hello Sirs,
i have made this account receivable with aging report...i have following issues relating to formulas:
1) if the company pays during 30 days there will charge no late fees.
2) if the company pays during 60 days the amount will be deducted from previous month balance.
3) if company never pays during 90 days fees of 1.5% being charge of the receivable.
4) if company pays after 90 days the paid amount will be first deduct from fees and then from amount due.

Mr. Excel your intervention is requested please to solve this issue....

Hi,

As there's no way of telling when each individiual - or total- payment has been made it will be impossible to implement any criteria based upon "pays during XX days".

The Company May Wish To Pay Within a month as before due date and possible if it delays for numbers of days, to handle this situations we have applied late fees

Hi,

Bumping without answering the question will not help.
Implementation of a formula to determine if a payment is late can only be done if you register the due date AND the payment date of the amount.
So with your current setup this is not possible.
