Access VB Code

I have a Access database that is traking Invoice amount, Events Costs and cash available to spend. I want the Cash avaliable to spend to be updated when events are added to a particular manufacturers Invoice. Both the invoice amount and cash available is in the main form in text boxes. But the events are in a sub form datagrid. How do i add a on leave event to both the Main forms text boxes and the subforms datagrid. Also, what is the code for the datagridbox?
