Dear All,

I am looking for a (free) template for Access 2007 to help our Chamber. They have no staff or money but big dreams. They want to track members, dues, events, attendees, schedules, committees, projects, etc. It seems like the solution would be part Events Management and part Contacts Management.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

GL

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
take a look at these templates at

You could combine parts of the Events management and Contact Management into one database if you have the time, or just use them separately.
If there is no money to purchase Access 2007, there is a free runtime version they could use. I have never used it myself. However, my understanding is that they would not be able to make changes to the database structure when using the runtime version. If I am wrong, I am sure someone will correct me.
