Access rounds 0.5 down instead of up

I have a query in which I round a number to 0 decimal places: Round(sales/pack,0)*pack. With values it is Round(4/8,0)*8. I should get 0.5 rounded up to 1 * 8 which equals 8, but I get 0 because Access is rounding 0.5 down to 0. I have done test formula that just reads Round(0.5,0) and get 0. What gives?
