Access Reports

Hi,

I have a report with three subreports in it.
If one of the subreports has zero records, how can I make that subreport just show the subreport header on the main report?
At the moment when I run the main report there is a blank section displayed for the subreport with zero records.

Play around with the CanShrink and CanGrow properties of the subreport -- set them both to YES. I'd do the same for the Detail section on the main report (assuming this is where the subreports live?)

You could also try to use the reports Report_NoData property and then set the entire report to visible=false. This would be helpful if you need to preserve spacing, otherwise I would use the SydneyGeek's method.
