I am trying to run reports off a new Access database.

When I try, I get the error message that there are too many fields to report.

Total number of fields to report on is 27. What is the maximum number of reportable fields, and is there any way to adjust this level?

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
The actual number is 754 over the lifetime of the report. 27 seems a very small number to fall over on. How are you populating the report?

I have created a very simple access database that I would like to use to record quality reports for a small call center.

There are 10 identifying fields ( name employee id etc) and then a series of 23 bquestions which operate with yes/ no or dropdown fields with yes no and na then three notes for input from the supervisor. The idea is to be able to print off a report of a given quality report for the agent to have. When I attempt to do by using the report wizard including all fields and sorting by id field in the wizard I get an error. It says that the report cannot be generated becasue i have chosen too many fields, please try again with fewer fields
