I have an access database and it has a question "what are the places that you travel?"

for the answers I am giving users to choose from 10 options

Chicago
New York
LA
Miami
Las Vegas
West Lafayette
Detroit
Mexico City
New Jersey
Washington DC

They are all in a check box form. So users can check the box for multiple cities like Chicago, LA and Vegas

What I would like to do is generate two reports that will display me:
1] Number of people travelled for Chicago or whatever city by the date"Enter begin date and enter end date" so if I enter dec 6th 2004 to Dec 6 2005 and then I enter "city name" it will display me the count of how many people travelled in "city Name" with their names

I am not sure how to accomplish this so any help will be appreciated

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
first you should but a table for the city.

1 chicago
2 New york,
and so and so.

A table for the passager
name lastname

and a table that will join each of them.

Key Passenger.No City.no Date.

then in the last table it will be easy to sort all the information you need...

good luck
