Hello,

I have an Access "IIf" function but I was wondering if there is also such a thing as an "If" function in access?

If not I was wondering why is there an extra "I"?

Thanks,

Poiu

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
There are two I's because it is known as the "Immediate If" function (see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/209192).

Access VBA has an "IF...THEN" function, but in Query calculated fields, you would use the "Immediate If".
