Hi All,

I have a main table and a sub table that feeds into it through a query.

At the moment I want my "sold" column in the main table populated using the "sold" column in the sub table. My query is as follows:

Field - Sold
Table - Main Table
Update to - [Sub Table]![Sold]

This works perfectly, however within my Main Table I need "NA" recorded against any blanks returned from the Sub Table, can this be done and if so how?

If Sold is a text field, run another update after the first where Sold = null, setting it to "NA"
Seems like an odd goal though. The fact that the field is null should be enough.
