I have a table with all the info I enter from a specific form. I want to know how to create another form that looks or if possible on the same form to where if I enter a customer # all the rest of the fields will populate all the information related to that control # that is on the table. Is there a certain type of form this is called? kind of like I want to fing the record, then if possible modify it. thanks.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Well you could create a form that lists all the customers.

This could be a continuous form.

And another one that has all the details.

On the first form you could create a button that opens the other form according to the customer #.
