Access DB linked to Sharepoint List won't load Emails for Created Column for Person or Group

I have my access DB linked to a SharePoint list. (3) columns in the Sharepoint list are created columns by person or group in which it uses the email inserted to find the person name in the active directory. When I try to load the emails for these columns from an excel file it loads all but those columns. How would I go about getting the emails loaded to these columns?
