I currently have rectangles not visible on an access form. Is it possible to have certain rectangles to appear visible dependant on the data selected from a combo box.

e.g. Make 'Box01' visible if 'Combo001' is equal to 'Yes'

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
There does not appear to be Conditional Format for rectangles.
You could use VBA
Code:
If Me.Comb001 = "Yes" then
    Me.box1.visible = True
Else
    Me.box1.visible = False
End If

Put the code in the Form's Current event
