Access 2010 - Keep form always on top of all windows

Hello...I've created a db that so far hides the access screen when it loads up and shows a floating form thus creating more of a moveable gui for the database. Anyways I need that form to stay on top of all windows. I had done this in Excel before with userforms and API and I found this link..https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/101325#/en-us/kb/101325...but I'm obviously doing something wrong or putting something in the wrong place and it's driving me crazy. If anyone knows how to accomplish this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
