Hi,

I am using Access 2010 and I run a report that lists all invoices for customers. The invoices listed are based on a date that is entered in a simple form. Enter a data and the report comes up with all invoices equal to and greater that the date. The report runs fine and if I go to Print Preview I can scroll through each invoice. I then go to Export to send it to a PDF, however, it sends all invoices (could be as many as 1000) to one PDF file. Not what I want. I would like each invoice record to print to its own PDF starting with the name of the customer (could be something else). I am not that familiar with VBA coding so am not sure if that is the solution or where to start with it or will a macro work in this case??? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
You need a list box that holds all the individuals.
VBA code would cycle thru the list, run a report for the 1 client, print the report.
The report would use a query that looks at the item in the list
select * from tData where [clientID] = " & forms!frmRpts!lstClients

select client in list
print 1 rpt
next client in list
