I have written an Access database in 2003, saved as 2000 format. It runs fine on my XP machine, but when it is installed on a Windows 7 PC, the logon screen appears, the user enters in his name and password, and then .... nothing. It is supposed to then open up a form that has some vba security on it. I get no error message, just dead air. Does anybody know why this is happening on my Windows 7 workstations?

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
What version of Access is on the Windows & PC? If 2007 or later have place the database in a trusted location?

Where is the database located on the Windows 7 PC? By default the program files folder(x) are read-only in Windows 7 and should not be used.

I would also first check for macro security. As noted above, the DB must be in a trusted location or otherwise have macros enabled, and you must be a bit more careful about where it is as Win7 has a more robust framework for file permissions - Access users need write access because it is a file based DB and even users viewing data will still need to write to the lock file.
