I have an access 2002 database but only running 97 is there anyway I can import into 97?

Find someone with XP. They can convert if for you. Nehter the 2000 or XP formats can be opened in 97, so you will need to do the conversion first.
Once done, check to see that the code compiles. If not, you will need to make some changes so the A97 version works correctly.
