I am out of ideas and looking for any ideas anyone might have. I am doing a big server migration from WinNT to Win2003 and SQL 7 to SQL 2000. I have an app that is driving me crazy though. Access DB that has a form that is filled based on a query. App worked fine on WinNT and SQL7, but now that I moved it, any records that are created cannot be modified or deleted. Sounds like a permissions problem, but can't seem to find it. I am logged on as SA, so I think that is ruled out.
All the data is getting into the records. I can mod or delete any record that exsisted prior to the move, but cannot mod or delete any record that was created after the move. When I attempt to, I get the following error, "The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time". There is only one user created so far and I am logged in as that user.
Any thoughts or ideas would really be appreciated. My hair is turning gray real fast!
Thanks!
