Afternoon all!
Had a good search through MrExcel, although I don't think anyone has mentioned this on here before...
I have a very simple database - only one table in it - with the fields "Availability, Date, and Comments" Date is the primary key.
The intention is to have the calendar show the availablity and comments by clicking on a given day... Also, when a record doesn't exist, I want a a new record created when you click on an unused date in the calendar, if that makes sense.
So, to go about this, I made a form. The form has all the fields on it showing, plus an activeX Calendar control v9.
This calendar's data source is bound to the Date field.
The result is when you scroll through the records (using the control at the bottom of the form) it shows the date of each record on the calendar.
Unfortunately, clicking on a date in the calendar "edits" the date field of the current record!
Any suggestions / help much appreciated.
Regards,
David Scott
