Hello,
I have some code that works with the "mdb". I was trying to adapt to another database that's "accdb" but it doesn't work?
what am I missing? The new database is "accdb" format.

doesn't work

HTML:
cn.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; " & "Data Source=C:\D Drive\GAPTool_HVAC_v04.3.accdb;"

works
HTML:
cn.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; " & "Data Source=C:\D Drive\GAPTool_HVAC_v04.3.mdb;"

Thanks
JB

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
it's not just a change in file extension, it's a complete change in the file format. Try: "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0; Data Source=xxxx.accdb"
