Absence Tracker

Looking to see if what im wanting to do can be done.

In my attendance tracker my employees have a certain amount of time to use within a year, and at years end the time resets. I track the days throughout the year and would like the dates moved to an expired column once the year resets to keep tracking from previous year, but still have form.
