I've started using macros and every user who opens the file has to enable macros every time.

Is there a way to specify some folders for Excel files from which to not show this message? Or some other way to not show this message for my files?

If you goto File, Options, Trust Center, Trust center settings, Trusted locations, you can add folders there.
