About detection of a total row in a smart table

Any smart table in Excel can contain a total row. Is there a way to define has the smart table such total row or not in Power Query?

I assume by smart table you mean a ListObject? I haven't come across a way to detect a total row aside from filtering out the first column where it defaults to "Total". Perhaps make a post on the PQ Technet forums to ask? Personally I'd love to see this feature added.
