A question on VALIDATIONS

Hello everyone. I have a question regarding validations:

How do I get my drop down to start at the top of the list when I engage the drop-down button? Currently when I click on it, the list pops up but it's at the end of the list and i have to scroll up each time?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to Cell Data Validation?
- mine always start at the top
