A question about history of spreadsheets

I have a question towards the most experienced spreadsheet users.

I would like to know when several interesting functions first appeared in spreadsheets. I do not restrict my question to the successive versions of Excel, I am equally interested in Visicalc and Lotus 1-2-3 and their versions.

So here comes the list, where I am mostly interested in the functionality, and not the particular name of the function:

• INDEX (or equivalent)
• OFFSET or INDIRECT (or equivalent)
• LOOKUP (or equivalent, search in ordered data)
• VLOOKUP (or equivalent, search in unordered data)
• MATCH (or equivalent, search in unordered data returning the position)
• SUMIF and COUNTIF (or equivalents)

References to texts about the history of spreadsheets will be also very much appreciated.
