A Pivot Table problem

I have a spreadsheet using several pivot tables, about 10 for every years analysis, over the last 7 years.
Up to now, apart from learning how to achieve what I want, I have not had a problem I couldn't overcome.
Each of the analysis years are in there own tab sheet and get data from one tab with the data in a Table.

I wanted to produce a new report, this weeks data, to produce as a print.
I created in a new tab, a new Pivot Table with the selected data for the print and chose to display it in tabular form.
All went well until I tried to change the format of the date the data starts so that it displayed as dd/mm/yy instead of mmm, which appears to be the default.
When I altered it, Excel wanted to alter the format of that date in all the Pivot Tables on all the other tabs, not what I wanted !!!

Am I trying the impossible, or is there a way to get what I want?

Below is a text paste of this table. It is the Jul I want to change.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Thanks, a very quick read of the first part of that link does look like the root of my problem.
I will have a good read of it later when I have time.
If it isn't the answer in the words of Arnie "I'll be back!"

Yes that was it, thanks for pointing me to the answer.

Possibly related, is this why my other Pivot Tables that use that date from the master Table, as well as listing all the months of the year to select from, also list just the one date in the format "<12/12/2014" ?
