Hi,

I have tried to look around different forums in order to find some help with my problem, but I have not had any luck, so now I hope one of you might be able to help me out.

I am working on generating an overview of my departments capacity in mandays pr. month for a Resource Management iniative. Currently we are working in a setup where different employees can be working under different roles. For example in a 20 man day month David has the capacity to work 2 days in role A and 18 days in role B. So I have identified this for every employee, and have it in a table. This table also contain the start and the end date of every employee.

So my question is, how can I create a macro which will take Employee, Role, Man days pr. month and distribute it from start month and end month for every single instance in another table?

I hope my explanation makes sense, and thank you very much in advance.
