Good Morning, I am trying to reorganize some data at work and I have some questions that I hope should be easy for you guys to answer.

How can I auto increment a formula every time there's a new entry? I know that I can drag it down to the bottom, but I would like the formula to add itself every time without the dragging-part :)
For instance, I would like the current date to be entered in a specific column when there's a new line (I think the formula is TODAY() ),

I also have another document where I need to classify some entries according to a 'document type' I would enter , for example "invoice" or "appointment" in a column, and I want some arrow on the first line to allow to show the "invoice" only, I know it's possible i've seen it somewhere but I don't know how to do it on my own.

My last question is also about a formula.
Is it possible that if for example I enter 'invoice' in a specific column, the whole line of that entry is bold?

That should be it; thank you very much already for your answers
I know it's a lot but I hope some of you could help, at least for some of these issues.
My english is a bit bad i'm french so pardon my mistakes ^^

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Bonjour,

Several questions ...

Initial remark : you are lucky ... since Excel can handle all you are thinking of ...

1. = Today() + 1 can be copied all the way down ...

2. Can you post your formula which you would like to auto-increment ...

3 and 4 For an arrow to appear or disappear ... or for a row to turn Bold or not Bold ... you will need Event macros ...
