'75': Path/File access error

While opening a MS Access file, I am getting an error "'75': Path/File access error ". Can anybody help me please how to resolve this ?

It's a very important file and I used it in past, but not sure what happened to it now.

Sounds like something is running on open and can't find the path it's looking for. Did you try holding down the shift key while opening the database in an attempt to suppress any code or macros from running? Has the shift bypass capability been disallowed?
