7 character type cell B1 to auto move selection C1.and cell C1 typing value enter key press than move selection cell B2

This will allow you to enter a value in column B, then move to Column C. After you enter a value in Column or any other column to the right, it will move down one row to column B. Is that what you wanted?

Sorry, while editing a cell on a sheet, there is no way to test how many characters a user types until they press enter. This can be done on a form textbox.
