5 minute time intervals

How do I format the cell to show time in 5 minute intervals? ie I have B2 as 0:00, i then need each cell below that in 5 minute intervals. I have looked on here but all that I find are tied to dates and time.

Another way is
type 00:00:00 in A1
type 00:05:00 in A2
then highlight both cells and drag down.
You are done!
