I have been on this site before for excel tips but am desparate to find out something that someone could maybe work out on excel.
If you can give me the solution, and have paypa,l i can pay £30 into your account. Unfortunetely this will be a trust thing but my ebay account is sonja280000 and you will see my character history there and the fact i have been buying lots of aptitude books. My problem is:
I am to take an aptitude test in a few days. I cannot find out whether you are penilised for wrong answers. I have the score of a previous candidate, and would like someone who knows what they are doing to work out whether i am penalised for wrong answers and by how much. Would it still be worth a 1 in 3 guess if i deducted 2 wrong answers? They have a fomula for working out each final score and as you can see this candidate did not take any chances in guesing.

Verbal reasoning
48 ITEMS :- he got raw score :-21/36 & final score was 32

NON VERBAL
30 ITEMS :- he got raw score 21/30 & final score was 57

SPATIAL
40 ITEMS :-he got raw score 26/28 & final score was 51

DIAGRAMMING
40 ITEMS : - he got raw score 20/26 & final score was 48

total final score 188

the final score has a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 75

I have just realised that the final score is a t score and compared to how others did but hopefully someone can still do analysis to see whether it is worth my while to guess a 1 in 3 answer even if the formula cant be exact thanks
