I have a multiple database system and I need to sum total of database 1 and database 2 but only if data in database 3 is greater than 20. If it is less than 20 only sum the first database value.

So in the blow example I should have value of 126. I would also like to highlight the cell that gets elliminated if possible. I am working in Excel 2007. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
