SHOULD BE INCREASE OF 50% OR 100%?? The data is linked in hyperion and I have this formula which works great for everything except when two -negatives are present

I believe it needs to have an absolute ref or arguement but I am not familair with those functions thanks in advance for all your help; this messsage board is great!!!

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Is this related to another post, because I don't see a question or understand even what you are saying, other than I believe hyperion is SAP maybe?

sorry forgot the formula; it is kinda of related to another post but; what im trying to do is get the correct % returned when two negatives are realized in the sales columns for 2008 and 2009; right now I have

=IF(AND(AP12=0,AO12=0),0,MIN((AO12/MAX(AP12,1))-1,1))

works great untill it encounters two data points that are negative values; for example I have 2008 sales: -50 units
2009 sales: -25 units

should be an increase of +50% it gives me -2600%????? every other situation works like its suppose too; so i was thinking I Neeed to ref absoulte cells or something like that?? sorry if i left u confuzed
