Compare Numbers

hello to everybody.
Is it possible to compare two columns like if the name listed in column A has the same name listed in column B? Will summarize how many names are the same? What is the formula or how to do it?

Smith, John
Vhey, Ashley
Avenido, Cyra

B
Helen, Jhey
Bien, Bert
Smith, John
Lucas, Shirley

=SUMPRODUCT(--(ISNUMBER(MATCH(A1:A10,B1:B15,0))))
