2016 Excel (and Office) QAT color removed

Microsoft has removed the color from the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar.) This means that the if you previously had the various colored squares assigned to macros in your QAT, they will now all look alike.

I think many in this forum will find that a serious loss of usability because the useful number of icons available to users is reduced as well as the clarity and ease of identifying a custom button in the QAT is reduced.
